15-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a refund. To be eligible, your item must be unused or have been given a fair try (we understand you need to test it). Simply contact us at Samunoliahealth@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return and we'll take care of you.

How Refunds Work
Once your return is approved, we'll process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at Samunoliahealth@gmail.com and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
